Salary £17-20k depending on experience. 25 days holiday.
Based in Tower Point, North Laine, Brighton. We are looking for a very special individual who can organise and manage the Administration of this busy sales office. Our office has great sea views, is near the station and greats shops and lunch venues.

Working in a small, friendly team (12 people) you will offer administration support to this specialist technology recruitment company . We provide mid-senior management talent to our clients worldwide.

You be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the office and duties will include:

Organising contracts and purchase orders and invoices
Answering the telephone, dealing with queries,
Some credit control
General administration - a range of small but very important tasks.
An Administration background - with good Word and Excel experience is required. Sage 50 experience is essential . You must have pass grades in GCSE maths & English (or equivalent) You will also need strong communication skills, a confident telephone manner and good attention to detail.

This could be a full time or part time role. Interviews will be week commencing 9th November.
