Sous Chef 3717 West Sussex Rosette Restaurant
Well known and well renowned country house hotel situated in West Sussex requires Sous Chef for its award winning restaurant.
This hotel, is set in the beautiful Sussex countryside and has 18 bedrooms and also boasts an oak panelled intimate Restaurant which holds a Michelin Star, three rosettes from the AA and 6/10 in the Good Food Guide. The Zagat Guide rates it "Top" for décor, food and service amongst Restaurants outside London.
There are two menus; a daily three course table d'hôte menu and a seasonal three course menu. It also has an extensive wine list of over 600 bins and are renowned for having one of the finest cellars in the UK.
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in running the kitchen for this award winning restaurant.
You will have experience working within rosetted establishments, and as a senior level. You will be able to work well under pressure and have a good eye for detail. Experience in training and developing young chefs below you would be an advantage, but is not essential. You will be excited about working with food and working within kitchens.
