We are looking for 2 bar backs/glass collectors to join us at our vibrant busy cocktail bar in the heart of the laines. The applicant would be working weekend evenings (fri and sat) with a great well established team.

Im looking for applicants that are fast thinkers, hard workers and reliable, you need to live within the Brighton and Hove area and have no other weekend evening commitments. I see my bar backs as the first point of call for customers when they are in the bar, you are the first people they will see and therefpr you need to be good with people and well mannered. This job is an essential part of the running of the bar. Your job will entail you collecting glasses, stocking up the bar when busy and keeping the cocktail stations well stocked throughout the night.
