Hi,

we need someone to fill the space in our house as our flat mate dropped out.
We have a large single/small double bedroom available in a large 7 bedroom house and are preferably looking for boys to even out the ratio ( but this could be negotiable).
we are all studying/ interested in Art so would be perfect for anyone studying at grandparade, or who is generally intersting - you must be a student (for tax purposes!)

Its ten minutes to town, and ten minutes to the beach, just off western road.
Its an amazing house with a large kitchen/living area, a lovely garden, a cellar, plus other communal spaces. and only £65 a week.

We get the house in the 17th of July and we would need you to sign contract and have a deposit of £625 ( deposit plus months rent) by then. plus a home owning guarantor in the uk ( parent etc). Ideally our landlord wants us to have sorted the person out by the end of this week, so they can send off for guarantor info in time for moving date.
- some of us are not moving in until end of august/ beginning of september and leasing our rooms for a month - which we could help you do too.
