121 Personal Training will suit anyone of any age. It's not just for the very rich, elite athletes or celebrities anyone can have their own personal trainer. Rather than you forcing yourself to go to the gym, I can come to you. The most obvious incentive for having a personal trainer is motivation. I can show you how to perform exercises and use equipment correctly. More importantly, I can advise you on what format your exercise regime should take and advise you on all nutritional aspects of your diet.
Everyone has different goals for their training, so each program should be tailored to suit your own personal needs. Monitoring your progress is an important part of working with a personal trainer. Tracking your improvement and assessing your progress provides opportunities for 'fine tuning' your training and allows you to concentrate on achieving your goals smoothly and quickly.
I will ensure that you work to your optimum level (when before you might have made an excuse for not training) the fact that you have booked an appointment ensures that you will complete your workout with a helpful instructor. As your 121 personal trainer I will be with you every step of the way. I will provide you with a friendly flexible service which will make you feel comfortable and relaxed whilst you exercise.
You choose where you want to train. You will be assessed then given your own personal training plan tailored for your own needs. My main aim is to provide you with my knowledge and expertise and to help you get in shape and stay in shape.
