To follow the correct stock control and rotation procedures.
To control costs specifically breakages for all glassware and bar equipment.
ensure departmental security at all times.
To ensure you are fully aware of the current drinks and food menu including any specials and promotions.
To assist the profitability of mybar by up selling where possible and driving the sales for the department.
Specific Duties

To be aware of the licensing regulations, including weights and measurements, under age drinking, drinking up time and food handling regulations.
To ensure the correct mis en place is done for the service bar.
