Assistant Restaurant General Manager – Quality Branded Restaurant

My client is leading an upmarket branded restaurant chain specialising in Italian food & using the freshest ingredients.

Due to their success we are seeking to recruit an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for their Haywards Heath Restaurant.

The role of Assistant Restaurant Manager will involve supporting the General Manager in the day to day management of the whole restaurant including up to 50 staff.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will all assist in aspects of restaurant management including staffing levels, P&L and ensuring all KPI's and sales targets are achieved.

Needless to say your main aims is to ensure a fantastic dining experience for all customers whilst ensuring the profitability of the restaurant.

Candidates wishing to apply with have previous supervisory restaurant experience, combined with strong business acumen. Knowledge of profit and loss is desirable.

You MUST also be eligible to live and work permanently in the UK.

Branded restaurant experienced is preferred although consideration will given to assistant managers from hospitality sectors too.
