Located just off Lewes Road (opposite B and Q)...bus stop just at end of the road.
Unlike most roads along Lewes Road, there are always lots of parking spaces near the house.
Nice sunny garden, internet access, bath and shower, cosey lounge, beautiful views looking out over Brighton.
Bills not included (usually about £100 each per month) and room is unfurnished (but has built in wardrobe).
