Single room to let in a flat off Trafalgar Street (North Laines, 5 mins from the station). As for us we are an easy going couple, we are of the 23/26 mark so maybe around the same age would be nice? I love cooking, drinking, art and design and tea and Pete loves computer games, eating, horror films and unfortunately more computer games.

You would also have to put up with and hopefully love our flat bunny Beatrix.
If you need it we can supply a single bed and furniture bits and bobs.

Rent is £300 a month.
