I am a qualified Body Control Pilates instructor with existing classes in and around Brighton and Hove. I am currently starting new classes for complete beginners and those who have previous Pilates experience.
The classes take place in the daytime and evenings, at the Mad Hatter Cafe and the Hampton Ballet Achademy, both on Western road, and at Revitalize, on Church road in Hove.
I am also available for small group classes or 1-1 private tuition.
