It is in a lovely three bedroom house with plenty of storage space and has a large back garden that you can access by the french doors in the living room. We have all mod cons, for example, plasma TV, wireless internet, dishwasher etc. We are looking for a friendly relaxed housemate to share with two friendly female professionals and a beagle dog. The room is available from 12/07/08 and rent is £500 per month plus approximately £100 for bills. If you smoke it is outside under the gazebo.
