It’s on the Main Bus route into town and there’s also room for parking outside. It’s quiet, clean and has all mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, Sky TV, internet and a garden at the back.

You would be sharing with a professional male and a female PGCE student. Being close to both Brighton and Sussex Universities it would suite a mature/Post-Graduate student. The room would be £70 a week including bills. Short-term or long-term let would be considered depending on circumstances.
