A bit about me...

I trained in Holistic Therapies, Indian Head Massage and Advanced Body Massage with the VTCT in Brighton. I have also studied Aurvedic Bodywork at an Ayurvedic Hospital in India and am a certified Reiki Practitioner. I am currently training in Shiatsu with the European Shiatsu School.

I have been a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and the International Council of Holistic Therapists since 2006.
