Hi we are three female students with a spare room to rent in our flat.
we are all at brighton Uni, studying, illustration, printmaking and humanities.

Three floor flat with massive living room with bay window overlooking St James Street, good size kitchen, two bathrooms both with a bath, shower and toilet. The room available is the smallest, but still a good size double.
We moved in 6months ago just after the flat was completely refurbished, so everythings in great condition!

We are looking for a guy or girl who is preferebly a student (unless you dont mind paying council tax on your own) who is tidy, fun, and easy going.

You must have a reference for our letting agent and if you are a student you willl need a guarantor
