The room costs £320 per month (plus £100 bills) and it’s a small double-room (10' x 9') in a 3-bed house sharing with 2 others. The house has 2 bathrooms, Wi-Fi Broadband and all the usual stuff. There is also a nice big lounge-diner, a study and a small garden that is perfect for BBQs when the sun comes out. There is currently on-street parking with no permit restrictions and the room is available from the 15th of November.

We are looking for a fun professional person to move into a clean and tidy household of young creatives. Preferably someone who wants to pitch in and make the house their home rather than box themselves away in a room. The house is 2 doors away from the Roundhill Pub, 3 minutes walk from London Road Station and 7 minutes walk from the Duke of York cinema and the room would suit anyone who is easy-going with a good sense of humour who enjoys being part of a colourful household.
