Payroll Administrator
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator for our contact centre launch in Brighton.

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to assist with the production and preparation of monthly payroll in our new contact centre in Brighton.
Main responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator will be:
Processing pay.
Reconciling deductions (loans, pensions, healthcare etc).
Managing staff payment details and tax forms (P45s, P46s etc).
Preparing and entering of nominal ledger journals and maintaining an accurate payroll filing system.
Entering data on to Sage and preparing monthly statistics.
Preparing cheques and associated paperwork.
Handling employee payroll queries.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years payroll experience, have excellent PC skills including use of Sage and possess a comprehensive knowledge of PAYE and Tax legislation.
We are offering the successful applicant a competitive salary in the region of £25K and excellent opportunities for progression.
