Fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join this highly reputable large luxury hotel in Sussex. The Hotels fine dining restaurant prides itself on winning numerous awards including 2 AA Rosettes.

Job Description
Reporting in to the Executive Head Chef, you will be responsible for a talented brigade of chefs and will be responsible for developing and training new members of staff. As Sous Chef you will be responsible for ordering, dealing with suppliers, planning menus and costings. You will be responsible for delivering 2 rosette standard food whilst pushing to achieve a 3rd rosette.

Required Experience
Experience as a Sous Chef required as well as financial awareness and experience in writing menus.

Salary and Benefits
The starting salary for this role is up to 22,700.
Chef Whites provided as well as 28 days holiday and pension.
Live in accommodation is available.
