Well known small hotel / bar / restaurant on the edge of Ashdown Forest is looking for a chef to work along side the Head Chef.

The kitchen requires a chef to be able to produce good quality food from a typical bar menu with a daily specials board. The establishment is busy but never manic with residents and regulars requiring different needs but still at a high standard.

You will have a good standard of English and be prepared to be flexible and work hard. A couple will be considered, as there is a hotel assistant position available as well.
