Brighton Swimming Teachers is a training provider who work in connection with Northbrook College Sussex. We provide free courses to under 19's which cover a wide range of activities in the leisure industry.

The course's we currently provide are as follows:
- ASA/UKCC Level 1 Certificate for Teaching Aquatics - This is a 5 day course that gets you on the first step to becoming a swimming teacher. It will teach you all the techniques and at the end of the course you will become a qualified assistant swimming teacher.

- ASA/UKCC Level 1 Certificate for Coaching Swimming - This particular course is spanned over 5 full days and covers the coaching asspect of teaching. On the course you will guided down the route to becoming a swimming coach.

- NPLQ (IQL National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) - The NPLQ is a nationally recognised qualification that all lifeguards in the leisure industry must have. The course itself is comprised over 5 days with a combination Practical and Theory work.
- Level 2 Certificate in Paediatric First Aid - This course is recognised by Ofsted and is widely used by professionals in the care industry such as Childminders and Nurseries. The course is spaneed over 2 days, 3 days and 5 days covering a maximum of 15 hours.
