Our client is a leading outsourcing call centre who require an additional Operations Manager to ensure client service levels, quality and sales targets are achieved.
The successful Call Centre Operations Manager will be required to develop and foster a strong team based working relationship with the client and the operation and provide an analytical focus for the campaign.
Duties of the Call Centre Operations Manager will include: Direct cost management, including effective and efficient cost tracking and invoicing; Management of the Call Centre Managers; Achievement of client service levels and KPIs; Work with account managers to ensure that client levels are developed; Create incentive programmes to recognise and reward excellent perfomance; Analyse client data to identify and target opportunities to develop business; Assist with strategic projects and new business bids.
Applicants for the Call Centre Operations Manager position must have a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in a similar environment, from within a senior role (this position will require accountability for up to 150 staff).
