Female housemate wanted to share a sociable, clean & tidy 3 bedroom non-smoking house in Hanover with two others and a puppy called Rufus.

We are looking for a considerate, reliable female with a sense of fun in late 20’s/early 30’s to consider the house as their home.

I am 31, female, I love laughing, cooking, summer festivals, fancy dress and having time to myself too. My housemate is 26, she loves hanging out with friends on the dance floor, at gigs or munching on a Sunday roast at the pub! We both work hard Monday-Friday but like to enjoy our weekends. Rufus is a 3 month old Bassett Griffon Vendeen, and will be medium sized when he grows up. He’s happy and friendly and very chilled out.

The bedroom comes furnished and is a spacious light ground floor double. There is a gorgeous bathroom with walk in shower and oversized bath, family-sized kitchen with dining table, an open fireplace in the living room and a sunny garden with BBQ. We have all the mod-cons including wireless broadband, cable TV, and (hoorah!) a dishwasher. The room is free from mid November and costs £410pm (plus c.tax). Bills are shared and amount to about £40pm.

Parking on the street is free and unrestricted and the station/town centre/sea is all only 10-15 mins walk. Being in Hannover also means that you are never more than 10 doors away from a good pub and the Hannover community market (fresh bread, local veg and other treasures) is only a short walk away.
