Experienced Manager wanted for Brighton pub. This position is offered on a self employed basis where the successful applicant is paid a percentage of turn-over and is responsible for employing the staff necessary to run the pub. Only experienced and highly motivated individuals need apply. The style of operation requires the highest standards and a knowledge of Brighton with it’s unique atmosphere, along with experience of working in pubs where attention to music and lighting is paramount.
