Exciting new cafe / deli opening soon in Hailsham serving fresh locally sourced quality food. Hours initially will be 8-2pm Monday to Saturday. The successful applicant will have previous experience in a fast paced, quality cafe environment, will have excellant people skills and have knowledge of HCCP food safety systems.
Good prospects for someone motivated to be in on the beginning of the project and help to build and drive the business with the founder owners.
