My Client operates low secure hospitals, a medium secure facility, step down and social care facilities across the South of England. they specialise in the treatment and rehabilitation of service users with complex needs to include personality disorder using a recovery based model of care focusing on maximum engagement, collaboration and empowerment.

They are looking for a driven psychologist to take responsibility for 3 hospitals across the south east of England. You will be responsible for 1 Senior Psychologist, 3-4 Assistant psychologists and a number of therapeutic care workers and will be expected to drive and develop the psychology services across these 3 Hospitals
