The Coach and Horses is a well-established and family run country pub/restaurant that has retained the 'Michelin Bib Gourmand' award for four years running. We are looking to take on a new front of house member of staff who wants our join our existing, young and ambitious team. You will be working in a lovely part of the country (just north of Brighton) and be surrounded by the freshest and finest local produce. As you will be working within a small team, it is essential that we find someone with flair, personality and ambition.
What we need:
Previous experience in a similar role would be wonderful but a great personality and the ability to work under pressure and remain self motivated, either individually or as part of a team, is essential.
Passion for good food and wine and good company.
Fluent English
