Hiya!
We are three girls (21yrs and 22yrs) all going into our 4th year of uni doing teaching. I have a double bedroom house on viaduct road, furnished. The house is £83 a week available August 14th for 12 months. It is a 10 min walk to London Road station and Brighton station and a 15 min walk into the city centre. We are clean and tidy and after 3 years of partying, this house is calming down for our teaching placement. Looking for a similar housemate.. non smoker (or willing to smoke outside)... students or professionals but they have to be considerate of our teaching hours..
There’s no agency fee as we’re with a private landlord but they want a full months rent deposit and a full months rent paid a few days prior to when the contract starts.
