We are looking for individuals with a passion for all aspects of Food & Beverage to manage a section of the Restaurant ensuring that at all times a personal, fantastic and memorable service is provided to our guests.

The primary focus of the role will be to take responsibility for the serving of food and beverage in your area right from the mis en place and preparation, to providing a first class service. The successful candidate will have a good all round knowledge of food, beverage and wine and be passionate about sharing this knowledge with guests and colleagues alike. You will need a great eye for detail and have fantastic organisational and communication skills.

The ideal applicant will have experience within a similar environment, ideally within a 4* or 5* hotel and be a role model for great hospitality service.
