There is two light and spacious studio spaces available for rent in brighton (farm road).

Each wall space measures approx 20feet in length and 11 feet high (plus) - with a large window on one side so lots of natural light!
There is a communal storage room for canvases, work etc, so you can make the most of the space. There is also water basin in the studio.

The studio is in amongst a complex of other artists, with a lovely little communal space and picnic table outside.

I am looking for artists who will use the wall space rather than sculptors.

There is currently only myself in the room (i am an oil painter).

The rent is £180 pcm, which is all inclusive of rates and bills.
