Inn Brighton are a large pub company with 47 houses throughout central Brighton & Hove. We are currently recruiting chefs who are interested in franchising food venues. An excellent skill-set, flair, passion, drive and an eye for business are essential.

We currently have an urgent opening for The Thomas Kemp pub in St James Street, Kemp Town. Ideally you will have previous experience designing menu concepts, understanding food costings and gross profit margins - and being able to manage yourself, your stock and your staff. You will be expected to work closely with the management team to provide high quality food solutions for this particular venue.
