Circuit Training Classes

I work as a personal trainer in the Brighton area and I am running circuit training classes in Stanmer Park on the weekends. The classes are suitable for all levels of fitness from the complete beginner to the advanced athlete and are a fun way to achieve excellent weight loss results, increased overall fitness and improved sporting performance and are an excellent way to meet new people in the area.

Circuit training involves doing one exercise for a timed period before moving onto the next one without a break until the circuit is complete and will involve a variety of equipment including kettlebells, medicine balls and plyo boxes and free body weight exercises.
Each exercise will have a beginner intermediate and advanced option so you pick your own level. I'll be there to instruct and motivate you through in a friendly fun out door environment.

Classes are 45 minutes long and are £6 per person or £5 for those showing a valid N.U.S card.
