Welcome to Sidcup,we have a large 3 bed endterraced council house with GCH,DG,RTB. 2 double bedrooms one with built in wardrobe,one single with built in wardrobe,shower room with toilet,nice bright landing area.Good size living room,large hallway.New fitted kitchen big enough for table and chairs,downstairs toilet.Well kept south facing 90ft private garden,the other side of the panel fence at the bottom is also ours and has a vegtable patch with its own gate,side entrance with a smaller front garden,quiet area.Although we have a shower room with no bath our council states you do not have to be dissabled to be able to exchange to this property,unfortunately the property we exchanged to must have disabled adaptions, so you could take this on if it was part of a 3way swap,Good choice of infant,junior,senior and colleges with in walking or short bus rides.Local shops 10min walk,as are a selection of doctors,with two main hospitals a bus ride away.Central for Eltham / Sidcup / Bexleyheath / Orpington / Bromley,even Croydon, Dartford and Bluewater are with in distance. Dartford bridge is 40min by car with Blackwall Tunnel and Woolwich Ferry even closer.We are looking for a 3bed end terrace, semi or bungalow,with dissability adaptions, from Burgess Hill to Eastbourne or either side of Eastbourne along the coast,(not Brighton) must have 2 toilets and good transport for shopping,may be interested in a large 2bed if right property.Any photos required on request,any questions just e-mail back.Need to be close to family just out side Eastbourne.
