Hello there!

I have a 2 Bedroomed semi-detatched Council house in Newcastle situated in a quiet, friendly part of Wallsend. Literally 3 minutes from buses that run straight into Newcastle centre and drop off at both Northumbria and Newcastle university. VERY kind, polite and private neighbours, both homes owned either side.

The house needs a bit of decorating but it has a huge private garden, a drive and a front garden too. It has shops about 5 minutes away and the house itself is situated perfectly between Newcastle centre and the sea side. Schools very near too. It is no more than half an hour bus travel to reach either/or.Two large bedrooms, bathroom, very large kitchen and dining room and a lovely sitting room.

What I am ideally looking for is a Council Swap to a 2 or 3 bedroomed home in Brighton centre. Either housing association or council house wanted. If anyone has any other suggestions, please feel free to contact me. I would consider anything to do with a council swap in the Brighton area, no matter if it's a flat or house, even if it's a one bedroom! I just need to get there but will consider all offers!

My reason for moving is because my daughter has recently become disabled. She moved two years ago to Brighton on her own for university but sadly, now needs family support and help because of her recent disability. I want to be closer to her and work with her support network in Brighton to give her a better quality of life.
