Dispatch and Office Assistant Maternity Cover.

Salary £14,000 pro rata

Dispatch and Office Assistant Maternity Cover, to work in support of the Clothing Dispatch Department, undertaking the following tasks:
Filing, order processing, invoicing, crediting, picking re-orders, processing cheque/credit card payments, telephonist duties and general administration.

Although the role is to cover maternity leave, the temporary recruit is not standing in place for the person who will be actually on maternity leave. Therefore, there will be staff at hand to offer the new recruit support throughout the maternity cover period, if required.
If you live in Brighton, there may be some possibility of traveling to work in the car pool.

The Brighton car pool runs from Preston Park up Elm Grove to Kemptown and over the race course onto the A27. In order to benefit from using the car pool, you would need to be able to be picked up in these areas. There is a charge for using the car pool.
