Hi. Just looking for people who are looking for somewhere to stay long or short term. Both rooms are fully furnished and you can have use of all kitchenware etc. The flat is clean and bright in a quiet area about 20 mins walk from Brighton centre or a short bus hop. It's about 10 mins walk to London Road train station. Sainsburys is a 5 min walk away. The double /twin will be £450 per month for single occupancy or £650 for double occupancy plus bills because I won't rent out the single if it is occupied by 2 people. The single will be £375 a per month.
