I am looking for a housemate to share my 2 bedroom flat with me and my cat. There is a SMALL double available, furnished or unfurnished. Nice bright sunny lounge, 2 mins from the sea and next to Palmeria Square for buses, or short walk into town. I'm in the process of doing up the garden, it's a great sunny space for bbqs and sunlounging!

There is a small garden, good for bbqs, freeview, broadband, washing machine, tumble dryer.

I like to chill out when I am at home and spend quite a lot of time there so would need to live with someone who doesn't mind sharing vegging out in front of the telly. I also go to the gym, and work full time so will mainly be around evenings and weekends. I like parties - but only at other people's houses, apart from the odd one every now and again. It's very important that you like cats My cat gets on ok with other cats.

It's a really queit peaceful flat, bedroom is at the back so you're guaranteed a good night's sleep.

Looking to fill quite quickly, would prefer someone a similar age to me, friendly considerate male or female with a sense of humour and not too fussy about things.
