We have a large room for 1 person in our family home. In the past we have let the room to a visiting Chinese academic; A French design intern and currently a Canadian research student. We prefer lets for a few months at a time.

Our house has 4 floors and the room is on the top floor. It is large and has a king size bed and a desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The bathroom on that floor is only shared with our au pair who is in the next room.

The house has 2 TV rooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 separate loos, all mod cons and 2 poodles, a rabbit and a goldfish. WIFI.

It is a family home. We have an 8 year old daughter.

The best bit about the house is that it backs on to a huge private park which is shared with the 40 houses in the crescent.

We are 10 minute walk to the sea and 5 minutes from North Laine. The universities are easily accessible - we are on the main bus routes to Falmer which probably takes 10 minutes to get to.
