We need a 3 bedroom place for 4 people in there 20's.
We need
-a space for 2 cars, ristricted area on the road is ok
-a garden
-Pet friendly as there are 2 small daogs, but they are quiet and house trained

We can afford up to £900 pcm excluding all bills or £1100pcm including all bills.

We can afford to pay 1months deposit and first months rent up front, this is not a problem. But we have had offers for places where they want deposit before viewing this is not ok, we need to find a place that is suitable before paying any deposit.
