Small bedroom to rent in shared 5 bedroom house available straight away. We have a cat so only apply if you like them and are not allergic.
Currently there are 2 girls and 1 boy living here. we are all between 21 and 26 and all work full time. We would like a similar housemate, although we would consider hard working students.
Room is fairly small but reasonable. Includes single bed, chest of drawers, built-in wardobe and shelving. We have a bathroom, kitchen and living room. Free street parking is available.
The house is a few minutes walk from Lewes road which has excellent bus links to the town.
Bills included in the monthly rent are Council Tax, Electricity, Gas, Water and TV license.
A £300 deposit would be required on accepting the room.
