This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand new team. The team has been set up to support the launch of a new product into the market that helps reduce the carbon footprint whilst saving businesses money. The role is twofold. Firstly, to serve as an office-based administrative support dealing with incoming calls and visiting customers. This also includes looking after reception, so reception experience would be desirable. Secondly, this is a proactive role that involves relationship building with potential customers, making approximately 30 outbound B2B calls daily to promote the product and ascertain contact details. Basic salary will be in the region of £15k pa, supplemented by a commission based on 5% of sales, so potentially you could be earning above £20k. Full training will be provided for the sales support function, but we are especially interested to hear from candidates who have a flair for phone work.
8.30.to 5.00, Monday to Friday
Excellent, confident telephone manner; fluent in English;
Strong administration skills, including data input;
Reception experience would be desirable;
Pc literate;
Relationship-building skills;
A team-player, enthusiastic and oozing positive energy;
Due to the rural location you must have access to your own transport;
High levels of motivation
