Business Manager Brighton £3000 per annum.

I am seeking an experienced Business Manager to head up a busy Training Centre in Brighton. My client is a highly reputable charity that focuses on helping disadvantaged people find employment through advice, training and support. They have recently won the Flexible New Deal contract and as a result now need a dynamic manager to drive the business forward.

This is an exciting time to be joining this organisation and they are looking for people to bring commercial sector experience to the table along with strong performance management and business development expertise. You will have developed and managed teams before and have proven success of delivering on KPI’s and targets. In addition to managing a team of consultants and advisors you will be expected to work strategically with the Regional managers on business development.

The ideal candidate for this role will have worked within the Vocational Learning or Welfare to Work Sectors and have a good working knowledge of running LSC or JCP programmes. You will be a leader who can bring new ideas and enthusiasm to this role and can deliver results.
