We are looking to franchise out our kitchen, we are a local public house / venue hosting a range of live bands and electronic music events, that's now under new management.
We have a medium sized kitchen and would like to bring someone in to join our family and cook great food.
At the moment we are looking to bring new custom and feel a good food menu will help us achieve this.

The local competition consists of Thai, Indian, 'standard' pub grub and we were perhaps thinking of bringing in some 'Roots' and 'Soul' to our venue... west Indian, Caribbean and Jamaican flavors to our menu.
The area is highly saturated with local businesses and students and is central to Brighton geographically. Therefore, a good priced menu with a high standard of food is required. We are open to ideas.
