We are 3 others and are a relaxed and considerate household and are looking for someone similar who is in their late 20s or early 30s. Room is part furnished (though you will need to provide your own bed). We have a huge bathroom, large sitting room and dining room and good sized kitchen. Washing machine is provided and shower is in good working condition.

Rent is £330 a month. Bills are not included and equate to between £70 -£100 pounds a month. This house is let through an estate agent hence you will need references (6 months continuous reference from previous landlord and employer) and one month's deposit + fees.
