Regional Account Manager
- Due to recent expansion, a blue chip organisation based on the south coast near Brighton have a job for an experienced Client Account Manager within their operations/sales team.
- The company are a well know and respected name in the Financial Services field and have expanded two fold in the last 2 years.
- They offer support through a world wide network of business partners to individuals abroad, providing them with the necessary assistance they require.
- At present they are looking to fill a challenging job working within a dynamic team: with a well motivated and pro-active individual who can help manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- The successful candidate will have 2 years experience working within a similar role.
- Ideally you will be a Client Account Manager with a broker introduction background.
- You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to foster strong personal relationships with both existing and new clients.
- You will set up initial appointments and give presentations to clients to develop leads and identify sales opportunities.
- You will be able to make proposals, understand key client issues and objectives and help with the implementation of new projects and initiatives.
- You will create project plans, assess risks, and report back to the strategic team with recommendations and models for sustainable service delivery.

- Excellent soft skills to manage existing relationships and solve problems
- The ability to identify new opportunities and potential risks and provide strategic planning support
- Develop proposals & presentations targeting clients needs
- You will be able to use Power Point to deliver presentations to clients
- You will be influencing & persuading and have a strong personal presence; able to sell operational solutions through effective planning, implementation & training
- Produce effective MI reports
- Role out new projects and gain third party referrals
- Ensure best practice is observed and assess any risks
- Recommend models and service plans
- Improve economies of scale
