Located in decimus burton st-leonards-on sea(old st leonards) which is hastings really.25mins walk to old town, but we like it here just as much.great local shops,multicultural community, antiques ,junk shops,real ale pubs,art galleries etc.,private drive,its on the maze hill which is old st leonards. you can google 'decimus burton' or the lawn for more of an idea.we are going to spain for 6 months from 1feb-30 july 2009.we moved from brighton and found this a great place for looking to relocate.rent would include broadband,landline incoming,council tax,but utility bills on a monthly bassis via internet.we can email photos . or call 07972395504 for more info.deposit req but this is not through an agency.
