I have just arrived back from travelling and there is no acro yoga going on in Brighton so I thought I'd see if there was anyone who wanted to play and learn with me!
Just ordered the flight manual so hopefully it will arrive soon!
I met some people in India who were travelling around and doing acro workshops so I have done some but not very much........it is amazing and sooooo much fun!
