I am a 30 year old professional female looking for a one bedroom flat, studio flat or shared central accomodation (good sized if shared) to move by February with my 9 year old cat. Ideally it will have an outside area (not leading to the main street) so that my cat can go out.

I have been living 10 years in Brighton and now I am looking to move a bit closer to the center, where I work.

If you have or know of a property that meets the criteria, I would be happy to pay up to 115 pw for a studio or 1 bed flat and up to 100 including bills (or all negotiable if it is a very nice place) if a shared space.

Rent to be negotiated depending on how suitable the place is.

I am looking to have good internet line (wifi would do if no cable) and I would like the place to be unfurnished if possible.

Well, if you have something that approximates to the above description, please let me know. Also my mum (with whom I currently share is looking for a small place too)

I dont smoke, am tidy but not obsessive and like looking after my flat.
