Head chef and second chef required for Thai restaurant in Hove area with live in.
Must have long thai cooking experience, be able to pre pair all sauces and dips. Be responsible for menu planning, manage the stock and waste
Must be able to work under pressure.
The successful candidate should be a good team player, be reliable and hard working.
Applicants should hold food a hygene certificate or be willing to obtain one.
Basic English would be an advantage.
Pay dependent on experience.
