I am moving to Kemp Town on Oct. 30th & need a studio space (approx. 150squ. feet) for my silk painting work. Good light , access to water, power supply, & dust free are essential. I work on a table 3.5 feet x 5 feet & have storage cupboards/shelves.
I am willing to share to keep costs low, particularly as I'm overseas for Feb. & March 2010 & will not be using the space every day at other times.
