We are currently looking for a Meeting and Events Host to join our Conference & Banqueting team.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Services Manager, you will primarily be responsible for leading the delivery of total guest satisfaction for all small meetings and events – from the initial meeting and greeting of the client, through to ensuring all guest requirements are met and exceeded on the day and that a first class rapport is built with the client.
Working alongside the Conference & Banqueting Assistants, you will be the point of contact for that meeting or event, ensuring that communication is maintained between the client and the operational teams on site.
Ideally having worked within a Conference & Banqueting department for a minimum of 2 years at an assistant level or above, this role would suit an individual wishing to take the next step into a leadership position. You will need to have an eye for detail, be organised and articulate and have a passion for delivering personal, fantastic and memorable service.
