We have a gorgeous double room to rent in our Victorian house, just a 10m walk from center town and the shops, 5m from the American Express building and Queen's Park. The location of the house is very good with free parking space in the area.

The house benefits from a large kitchen, patio, central heating, large living room and large bathroom with both bath and shower booth. We have stripped-wood floors, fireplace in every room, bay windows and other original features of the house. Some of the commodities of the house include washing machine, two large fridges and freezer, a 5-stove and large oven modern kitchen, large screen tv, super-fast wireless internet broadband, Nintendo Wii, guest computer, and many others.

The room available is a large double room in the top floor. The room is very spacious and it would suit a professional. Some furniture is included (we could provide a double size bed and some wardrobe space).

The price of the room is £110. The room will be available on the 17th of October, two weeks deposit will be required. All the bills are included. Negotiable.
